Seasoned Kohlrabi Fries
Ingredients:
2-3 kohlrabi bulbs (leaves removed and peeled)
a few drizzles of extra virgin olive oil
1.2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp sweet paprika
¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees (or air fryer to 400 degrees).
Cut peeled kohlrabi into fry shaped sticks.
Add sticks to a bowl. Toss with olive oil and seasonings until well coated.
Spread in a single layer on a lined baking sheet or air fryer basket. Don’t overcrowd the pan - space helps them get crispy.
Bake approximately 18-22 min, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
