Seasoned Kohlrabi Fries 

 
 

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 kohlrabi bulbs (leaves removed and peeled)

  • a few drizzles of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1.2 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp sweet paprika

  • ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper  

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees (or air fryer to 400 degrees). 

  2. Cut peeled kohlrabi into fry shaped sticks. 

  3. Add sticks to a bowl. Toss with olive oil and seasonings until well coated.  

  4. Spread in a single layer on a lined baking sheet or air fryer basket. Don’t overcrowd the pan - space helps them get crispy.  

  5. Bake approximately 18-22 min, flipping halfway, until golden and tender. 

  6. Garnish with parsley if desired. 

  7. Serve with ketchup
