Herby Roasted Radishes

 
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh Consalo Family Farms radishes

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • 1⁄4 tsp each: salt, pepper, and dried chives

  • 4 cloves minced garlic

  • fFesh Consalo Family Farms parsley and dill

    Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 415 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Cut tops off radishes, then cut each one in half, or if very large, into fourths

  3. Combine radishes, butter, salt, pepper, and drive chives.
    Toss well to coat

  4. Spread radishes into a single layer on the prepared baking sheet

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing every 8 or so minutes.
    When time is about halfway done, add garlic and toss to coat.

  6. Continue to bake radishes until golden brown and fork tender.
    Remove from the oven and plate, topping with fresh herbs as shown
