Fresh Blueberry Yogurt Pops

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh Consalo Family Farms blueberries

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 and 1⁄2 cups of plain or vanilla yogurt

  • You will also need a popsicle mold and craft/popsicle sticks.

*This recipe yields 10 frozen pops, but the number will depend on the size/shape of your molds

Instructions:

  1. Blend blueberries and honey in a blender or food processor until well combined

  2. Divide yogurt between four bowls, leave one with yogurt only. Then add a bit of the
blueberry mixture to the other 3 in varying amounts, reserving a small amount of
the pure puree for layering as well.

  3. Carefully spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, alternating shades, having some with
more white and some with more pure puree.

  4. Once done, place your molds into the freezer. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until popsicles are fully frozen

  5. When ready to eat, remove popsicles from molds by running warm
water on the outside of the molds
