Roasted Grapes with Coconut and Cardamom 

Ingredients:

2 cups Consalo Family Farms green & red grapes

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

1 tablespoon olive oil

Yogurt

Pistachio nuts, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Toss the grapes with olive oil, honey, cardamom, and coconut on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

  3. Roast for about 15–20 minutes, or until the grapes are tender and starting to blister.

  4. Serve with yogurt and top with pistachio nuts
