Roasted Grapes with Coconut and Cardamom
Ingredients:
2 cups Consalo Family Farms green & red grapes
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon olive oil
Yogurt
Pistachio nuts, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Toss the grapes with olive oil, honey, cardamom, and coconut on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast for about 15–20 minutes, or until the grapes are tender and starting to blister.
Serve with yogurt and top with pistachio nuts
