Homemade Quick Pickled Radishes
Ingredients
8 Consalo Family Farms Radishes, thinly sliced
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon coriander
1 tablespoon sugar
Pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
- In frying pan over medium heat, stir coriander and cumin seeds until toasted and fragrant about 2 minutes. 
- In a glass jar, combine the apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, bay leaf, toasted seeds and stir until sugar dissolves. 
- Add the thinly sliced radishes and toss well. 
- Let stand for 15 minutes.
